Friends AGM 2025

Notice is given that the Twenty-ninth AGM of the Friends of the Hunter Fleet will take place at 11.30am on Saturday 17^th May 2025 at Hunter’s Yard, Horsefen Road, Ludham

Order of the Day

Time:

11.00am                  Assemble at the Yard with tea, coffee, and biscuits available

11.30am – 1.00pm    AGM

1.00pm – 2.00pm     Barbecue Lunch (Tickets: £7.50 per person)

The Barbecue will include vegetarian or vegan options (please request when booking) with salad, fruit & soft drinks. There will be no

bar  because of a lack of support in previous years but please bring your own wine/beer if you wish.

2.00pm – 4.00pm     Afternoon activities – one choice from:

•  Afternoon Sail with one of the yards volunteer skippers. We normally get to St Benet’s and back, as long as a good wind blows
• Nature Walk, Jeremy Halls from English Nature will be running another of his very informative walks around Horsefen
• Row on the River, rowing boats will be available for you row in and around Womack. You could row to the island to enjoy a picnic or moor at Womack Staithe and partake of an ice cream from the shop
